Every event and celebration is going to be different and unique in their own way. This will allow for me to customize each package according to the couples needs. I will handle ALL event details and make sure the special day runs smoothly and efficiently.

Day Of Coordination Package- $1700

For couples that have done most of the planning and need an assistance for the day of:

•Timeline creation

•Month of coordination with vendors

•Final walkthrough/venue meeting

•Assist with day of set up of decor

•Detailed meetings prior to wedding

Full Planning Package - $2700

This package includes assistance from the "YES" to the "I DO":

•Unlimited amount of meetings

•Floorpan management

•Discuss design and style

•Vendor communication and assistance with booking vendors

•Timeline creation

•Assist with day of set up of decor

•Final walkthrough/venue meeting

Add Ons

Decor Tear Down: $150

Assist in tearing down decor at the end of the reception. Will help with packing decor, assistant will be needed to place decor into designated vehicle/trailer.

Travel Fee:

Travel that is over 30 miles will result in $50 travel fee.
